Manager was screaming at her drive through employee for trying to help fix an incorrect order that the kitchen made. I belive... the name of Mgr was Stephanie? Either way shameful. The crew has bo idea what hot food is. I ordered a rodeo burger and got pickles onions and tomatoes on it. They need to learn... what customer service is. Very inpatient and rude. Went before school got out , ordered my kids 2 burgers plain and dry with cheese. I stressed to them that I only wanted cheese... on the burgers as my kids are picky. Fast fwd, school let's out , kids take a bite of the burger , promptly spits it out andgags. Hers had a big slop of mayo on it. My son said his had onions and lettuce, they weren't going to eat them. As this wastheir dinner and cost a lot of money ( bc of the build back better Biden economy) I drove back to this BK and tried to explainto the young lady working , through the drive through intercom that they had messed up my order and I wanted 2 new burgers withcheese only. She told me that would be 6.50 , I said no I'm not paying again and this little young lady worker proceeded to YELLat me through the intercom that I ordered 2 burgers and i would have to pay , she was literally screaming at me. I told her sheneeds to calm down ,it's just an order mishap. She screamed at me to pull up , so I did. I saw her sulking through the window, and finally she shoved the bag of food at me rudely. I have never had such a terrible experience at this BK. The sad part is ,all she had to do is be nice but she was apparently stressed out from being at work for all of 5 minutes. It was a whole newshift from the first time I got the wrong order. God help us all , customer service is dead. SMH Read more
It's a pretty new BK but they had no Coke products and the time I went before they had no large or medium cups. The food was OK... after a 10 minute wait by the buggy trash can. Read more
Nice staff. Very friendly. Could work on the concept of ?fast? food. We live in town and don?t have a lot of options. I like the... BK and their coupons but they always take so long in the drive through. I get a lunch break not a lunch hour. Read more

Gonna have to give this one a huge thumbs down. If you are short on employees why open at all?! We stopped in the middle of the... day, there were customers eating inside, but the doors were all locked. No sign displaying normal business hours to begin with,and certainly no sign saying "Hey we can't get people to work here so we are closed". Doesn't seem like sound businesspractices. Not the employees fault, I'm sure they were doing the best they can. But goodness, BK owner and/or mgmnt, at leastclose early, open later, OR put signs up letting your customers know what to expect. Couldn't review food, would like to havegotten the chance, though. :) Read more
