I come here sometimes, why is it that subway employees seem to all hate their jobs? I get spinach on the sandwich before... toasting it, and it's treated like some huge deal, I guess out of spite they barely sprinkle the sandwich with some leaves.. Read more
Took a family day trip and stopped at this Subway coming thru Bandera. Wife and I ordered the Protein Bowl. The guy there said... he didn't know how to make it. He mentioned he was new and that he wasn't trained to make it. We said that we will take thesalad instead but then told us they were out of the salad bowls so it would be a smaller portion. We agreed on the portion sizebut asked if we could get a deal and not pay full price he agreed. Then the other worker who was out wandering around the storeit was connected to which he said was gone for too long showed up and charged us full price. Lady there named Chasity was the rudest employee I've seen at a subway. she really needs to be fired being super rude to a sweet... old lady in front of me, I'm surprised that the lady didn't say anything. Complete hit and miss. As long as you get there in the lunch hours you should be fine. The last FIVE times we've tried to get... subway for dinner, its always something. No bread, turned off the toasted at freaking 6:30 pm, you name it. Read more
Took the time to make an online order. Order was accepted then got an EMAIL said the order was cancelled???? no explanation.... They should have called the number I left instead of an email???? glad I saw it before I left town. Called and called no answer.Then off the hook. Totally disappointed! I used to work for subway many years ago & I took pride in every sandwich I made, these guys were just... throwing toppings making a mess.. told me I got the last of their cheese? They didn?t have e my honey oat wheat just plain wheator white.. he?s like you can see that?s all we have.. no kids packs, no soups.., like get it together guys!!
