The person who took our order was great, but the driver couldn't find the "b" in our address (front of house side of... house....despite explaining this when ordering additionally) and I was in the Washroom when they tried to call. I calledback...."if you want your food you will have to pay 2x delivery charge". Nope. Never again Read more

Food was okay but the customer service was terrible. We called the store after ordering online to make few changes and when we... picked up our food, none of the things communicated over the phone were applied. Well it maybe one of the only pizza places that delivers but next time I?ll just get something from the vending machine . It was... so over cooked. Very skimpy on the cheese and cold when we got it. Can?t go wrong with Domino?s Pizzas! When all other restaurants and eateries were closed, this place saved the night. I used... the online ordering system even though I was outside the place and it was very convenient and was able to get a medium twotopping pizza for such a reasonable price. I think it was an online special. We also ordered chicken wings and they were sogood too. The staff members were very swift and friendly too! Read more
Time and time again I go into this location in Banff, and the staff are more than happy to please you as soon as you walk in the... door, it?s fun to watch them make the food, but it doesn?t last very long because my food is always ready so quickly. Everysingle staff member here deserves a gold star in customer service, and that is just on top of the delicious food I receive fromthem literally multiple times a week because I can?t give up such great food and awesome service here!!!
