This place is more of a bar with live music than a place to eat a nice dinner. When we first arrived they were doing sound... checks for that nights live performance. It was so loud we couldn't even hear each other even though we were sitting right nextto each other. Two other parties left after they were seated due to the loud music. The food was not worth the price. There wereflies flying around while we ate. The service was ok. If you are looking for a place to grab a drink and listen to good musicthis place is perfect but if it's dinner I would go somewhere else. Read more
Went to go for breakfast while in Banff and the place we chose was so busy that there was the choice of a 35 minute wait or to... go with the recommended business around the corner. Sorry we missed out on eating at Tooloulous but we went with staffrecommendation of Melissa’s MisSteak ???? Never had I ever thought that I would have received such a smorgasbord of adelicious breakfast from a bar! So much amazing food that it was overflowing on the plate. Would love to go back and try lunchand dinner menu ???? The atmosphere was pleasant with a good feel vibe and there was great artwork all around; they even hadswag for sale. Was hoping to pick up a new toque to add to my collection and scored big time ???? If you are ever in Banff Ihighly recommend eating here ???????????????? Read more
The food was pretty good! There weren't a lot of vegetarian options but what is available is good! The veggie burger was good as... were the yam fries. I liked the food and the atmosphere but was disappointed we were not offered an option to be seated on theupper portion of the restaurant. Service is slower than expected. I love the new location, lovely views and spacious. We came for breakfast around 10 am on a Sunday morning. It was very quiet... inside. We were seated promptly and our orders were taken. The food was delicious and the portions were great. The server wasfriendly and prompt. Overall we had a great breakfast at Melissa’s MisSteak. Read more
Awesome atmosphere, food was really good. Server was great and recommended places to see. Loved that they provided free... wifi! We went in for breakfast and the menu was extensive! Such a good avocado toast that I could make vegan by asking, andensuring it was good to go. The smoked salmon eggs benny - the salmon tasted like it was really fresh, sauce was super tasty andthe egg over medium was cooked perfectly. Overall great experience. This place looks like it would be good for anytime of day!It looked like they have a stage for performances. Wouldn’t doubt this is the place to be at night or when something is goingon here! Food was really good. I recommend the Avocado Toast. What made the places so fantastic was the street view from above. I... wasn’t too big of a fan of the red pepper sauce on the salad I ordered but overall the experience was great. My brotherordered a burger and enjoyed it. Great food and nice value. I ordered the prime rib Benny and it sure is a blast. Meat is so tender and great taste. Eggs are... little cooked. The Swiss apple pancake is yummy too. I would order adult menu to share rather ordering from the kids menu cozthe kids menu is rather simple and drinks have to be ordered separately. There was a little mixed up of our orders but theserver did his best to make it right. Great breakfast experience and we will definitely come again. Read more
We came here for my 45 birthday dinner and I can honestly say that food was outstanding. The stuffed Yorkies hands down my... favorite and tasted just like home Chris was our waiter and he made the whe dinning experience. The staff were amazing and theymade my birthday even better honestly I would drive the few hours Just to come eat here again. Chris deserves a raise for sure.He had us laughing the whole time. We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this place. Read more
