This restaurant was probably one of my favourite during our weeklong trip. A reservation here is a must! I'm glad we visited... outside of peak summer season. We arrived and were promptly lead to our table, walking past the waitlist crowd at the front. Wesat indoors on the upper level where the weather was nice during Fall and the breeze flowed through the restaurant. We ordered aCowboy cut ribeye (18oz bone in), HIkers Greens, Beetroot Hummus, Smoked Tomato Chili Vodka Soup, Sawback and a Forty CreekConfederation Oak as recommended. I just attended a conference in Banff and one of our evenings was at Park Distillery. Highly recommended for events or casual... dining or drinks. The food was excellent, and their spirits and cocktails were a highlight. A special thanks to a manager who'sname I believe was Brad! He was very well versed in all things gin, vodka, whisk(e)y! I stopped by to taste the local liquors. The bar wasn’t crowded and the service was top notch. The bartender set me up with a... flight of six of their offerings. Each one was super smooth which may have to do with their glacial water source. I loved thevodka and the gin too. The pepper vodka had some fire to it, but really not bad. I didn’t try any food, but I have yet to havea bad meal in Banff. I think you’ll enjoy a visit here. Read more

Andrew was the man tonight. They were slammed and he took care of us. I enjoyed my cider beer and my wife a wine. Then we tried... some gin and vodka. OMG I loved the sweet vanilla vodka. So dam good. Loved my ribs and my wife the tacos. We will come back! Read more

Great food and drink option in downtown Banff. Very modern. Friendly staff. Highly recommend the flight options. I did the... cocktail flight. The next table from me had the spirit flight and it looked very interesting. My family all ordered cocktailsbut the group favorite was the hard root beer. An indoor campfire experience !! Great ambiance and decoration. The service was phenomenal, everyone was really attentive and... smiley, (their pins are lovely). Their campfire cuisine is varied with vegetarian options. We tried the ribs, so tender andjuicy. Also the vegetarian burger was top notch but, their fries aren’t great. Stopped in to Park for a meal with a group. Staff were fantastic and friendly. It took about 50-60 minutes for the meals to... come out. Drink menu is good with tons of variety. I had a Belgian white which was quite good. For the entree I ordered a fullrack of ribs with a baked potato for a side. The ribs were quite dry and came with a few small potatoes which were cooked to acrisp, pretty much a shell of a potato, not sure if this is the way it was supposed to be cooked or not. The slaw was reallygood. The baked potato was good but quite expensive for what it was Overall the meal was still fairly good but quite expensive.I likely would not go back based on price and quality of food. Read more

After being referred by a friend we visited this place on a Saturday evening and it was busy The cocktails we ordered were good... and we liked it. But the snacks and veggie bowl were below average for the amount we paid. Even the portion size was tooles. Would definitely not recommend this place if you do not eat meat.
