The only Starbucks (or any coffee shop) I?ve been in the last 6 months that still don?t have sugar sachets. Employees are not... wearing masks to work but people can?t touch their our sugar. Although it was fun to meet my first sugar pourer (very usefuljob!), I would happily go back to the time when people were more self sufficient and capable enough to pour their our sugar. People working there are the fastest Starbucks workers in Canada. Coffee is good but this location is very loud so it's better... just to grab a coffee and go. Read more

Nice and clean location. Though their merchandise is overpriced,,, even the items that were on sale are still more expensive... than the exact same item that you can buy at any other Starbucks. Also the two drinks that we had ordered were prepared not aswe had ordered even though I told the barista twice what we wanted exactly while I was ordering and he seemed to not everythingdown on the paper cups,,,,he then had to throw them out and prepare new ones,,, he seemed unhappy with that! Highest Starbucks in Canada which is pretty cool! Pretty busy here because of the gondola. They are open before the gondola... opens so you can get a drink/snack before getting in line to get up. Lots of parking. They have the Been There series mugs butthey are priced up a bit more, around $18. Read more
Worst Starbucks in the world. ????????I will give it zero star if I can. Brought a Banff been there series mug at this place.... They put an additional price tag on top of the Starbucks company's origin price tag. They charged it for $18.69 instead of$14.95. If you want purchase the Banff been there series mug, go to the IGA store, they sale it at the original price. Read more
