I drove an hour to eat at this Chipotle today, arrived before 11:30 am, to be told that I could NOT order in the store BY TWO... "MANAGERS"; I had to order on-line!! Tried the store number but no one answered, told the "managers' and their attitude was "tobad". So I got no lunch. Sub-standard service IMO. I feel this is AGE DISCRIMINATION as most elders don't have the fancyphone apps or technical ability to jump the line by this method. I've been a loyal Chipolte customer for 20 years, even duringthe time that no one would frequent the chain because of health complaints. Very disappointed with the way this one is run. Read more
Almost never open -- it's been closed 4 out of the last 5 times i tried. Frequently out of ingredients. One day the line chef... dropped cooked filet of chicken on the floor and (without any shame) attempted to put it into someones food. I love Chipotle,but this branch sucks Read more
The day I watched someone I loved die in front of me I pre- ordered chipotle for something somewhat nourishing that I didn?t... have to prepare for dinner later that evening. 1 hour and a half after the scheduled arrival time I received a call saying theycanceled my order. I took a deep breath and said ?okay, yes I?ll take my refund? Last night was a bad mental health night so Itried chipotle again, because again, their food feels on the healthier nourishing side. It came but was wrong, spilled, missingitems etc. Delivery food services are sometimes about more than a lack of motivation to cook. Sometimes the people on the otherend need some help that day. Bummed chipotle has become so unreliable as a place for a fresh meal, I don?t think I can bringmyself to order ever again. This store actually deserves ZERO stars. They NEVER have fajita veggies. We've ordered from them 3 times and they're out of... veggies. How does one run out of veggies after only being open an hour?? I'm confused. I've complained to customer service.They give me a BOGO coupon that's only good for a month. How do you use a coupon when they're never open?? They will never get apenny from me again. Ordered Chipotle for takeout. Tipped and everything. Got this really sad looking bowl that only had rice and lettuce when we had... ordered fajita veggies and extra tomato salsa. Drove 30 minutes home and saw the bowl. Called over and over but nobody wasanswering. Waste of my time. Waste of my money. Kinda disappointed. Read more
Seriously , 15 dollars for half a meal , seriously this is some wrong stuff , went a month ago to get orders screwed up , no... apology, no anything, I was told nothing could be done. Figure I'd give it one more college try , to get slapped in the faceagain. I would bring this meal back but nothing can be done.
