"The cramper" comes to mind multiplied by tacky. Hopefully their liquor license gets revoked because it's doubtful Courtney is... literate enough to vote. When Bangor year round residents are treated like tourists maybe the treaters of such behavior ought tokeep their hands out of the till and go back to charm school not pouring liquor for the over 30 crowd that's been on the shelflonger than the cramper himself. Definitely not a good place to come if you?re from out of town. It is very clicky here and the female bartender was not that... friendly, as specified in a previous post by someone else. The Dive bar down the block was a lot better for out of towners. Ibelieve it was called the tavern. It has a very friendly feel and chatty people there! That said the drink once you stirred ittasted pretty good! Read more

Female bartender was rude again. I?m a loyal patron and I won?t be back. Enough is enough!

Like so many others who visit Maine you find yourself sashaying through Bangor on your way to the coast and you want to find a... good bar to meet your own. In Bangor it is aptly named Happy Endings and it is a fabulous place to mingle with the locals overa good cosmopolitan or other fruity cocktail either inside or out. The place kicks up as the night sets in but Bangor is not alate night town so plan your happy endings before 11 otherwise you will be online. Read more

This is a very nice spot. They have carefully crafted martinis and cocktails that are just delicious. Prices are decent and... reasonable because the drinks are of generous proportions. If the special drinks aren't your thing, the on tap beers as well asthose available in bottles and cans are plentiful. All in all, a really good place to spend some time. And I haven't evenmentioned the FOOD! All I know is it really tasted great. I have no idea what I was eating but I would eat it again! Read more

My husband and I are here all the time because they are consistently amazing! The martinis and cocktails are truly inspired,... nothing else compares in the Bangor area. The tapas and desserts are tasty additions. But they do also have a few wines andbeers on tap if you prefer. Happy Endings is a small bar that draws in a crowd with it's live music, drink specials, andpersonable service. My favorites include: Ruby Slipper (strawberry, lemon, and mint), Peach Bellini (mini champagne bottle!),the creme brulee and the Corey flatbread. Read more

Stopped in before our dinner reservations across town. The Drinks were very strong (almost too strong....though I can't believe... I am saying that!) maybe we just made wrong choices. We had the hummus plate, which was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere wassmall but comfortable, before the Friday night rush started. Though not our favorite place downtown, we would try it again inthe future. Read more

Great atmosphere and live music but not so loud that you can't talk. Lovely little lounge area. Creative themed and surprisingly... modern upscale menu. Will be visiting again. Read more
