I'm writing this review because of how fantastic the service was, but I'll talk about the food, too. The staff is amazing,... especially at making dietary accommodations. The food is delicious. The menu is marked with what is vegetarian and what isgluten free, and that was very helpful as a vegetarian to know that the good tasting marinara sauce is in fact vegetarian. Read more
Party of 5, went on a busy Saturday night. Our server Jake (?) was in training and Steven was his trainer. Service was... excellent, friendly, and personable. Very attentive for a busy night. My husband and I had dinner here this afternoon. There was one other party of five sitting across from us. While we were waiting... for our meals I overheard one of the ladies at the other table tell the waiter there was a long black hair in her meal. He tookher plate, apologized, then asked if she wanted another Tour of Italy meal, which she refused (most likely due to loss ofappetite.) My husband did not hear this conversation and I wasn’t about to share it with him, since he also ordered Tour ofItaly. We got our meals and everything seemed fine until I started boxing up the leftovers. You guessed it - a black hair wasclearly in view underneath the chicken Parmesan portion of his meal. Unbelievable. Two meals in a row with hair in them. I wasgoing to tell the waiter but my husband did not want me to create a scene. It will be a LONG time before we go back.???????????????????????? I am from Ontario Canada and as far as I know we don't have the Olive Garden here, so I never knew what the fuss was. I now... understand. I am not going to lie and say that this the best Italian I ever had, it is far from that. But I will say it is notbad tasting food and you get great value for money spent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and served us quickly. Iwould say a great place for a family to dine out. And the bread sticks were really tasty to boot. Read more
We ordered items of two us for pick up. The timing was better than stated and hand delivered to my vehicle with friendly... service. Food was exactly as ordered and was hot when delivered to my car. The food also tasted very good. I would eat at thislocation again. In a time when staffing is a challenge, this location is doing it well, nicely done. Read more
Took my wife there for a nice meal and….. right away I was disappointed that my silverware was dirty. I was quickly brought... another set and was really disappointed that the replacement utensils were also dirty. The next set was clean so we proceededwith dinner as planned and the rest of our experience was exceptional. The customer service delivered by our waiter, Steven, setthe tone for the rest of the dining experience. The wait staff worked together flawlessly as if they had worked together foryears! We have been to the Olive Garden a few times in the last year. But our last visit was not a great experience. We were waiting... for our food and tapped some different things on the screen and later found out we were charged $1.99 for “table games” wedidn’t even play. When it asked if we wanted to exit purchase we closed it immediately. $2 isn’t a big deal so we didn’tsay anything. Our soup and breadsticks were delicious but when my meal came I found a short black hair in it after the 3rd bite.I wasn’t able to finish my meal. I didn’t say anything at the time but now I wish I did. It really ruined my date night. Itried telling myself it’s just a hair but it really made me queasy. We ended up paying $60 for 2 meals, one that we didn’teat. I think we will definitely go somewhere else next time. I didn’t give it one star because we have had decent food herebefore. Also going to add we went on the 4th of July weekend on Saturday night and it was so empty we didn’t have to wait atall. Now I know why. Read more
I placed an order from the veterans free menu as a to go order. Even though they were crazy busy ( couldn't even find a parking... spot) they were friendly and courteous. The meal came out when I asked for. The food was a good size portion. I was full whenI was done. The food was excellent. I want to say thank you to olive garden for honoring veterans.
