we had the BEST road-trip ever today (and the best customer service). i have a very custom order (Venti Strawberry Acái... Refresher with 2 pumps white mocha, 3 scoops vanilla bean and sweet cold foam.. highly recommend) and they make it right everysingle time. by the time we got to the window my little one was already ecstatic to greet them all, and i believe almost theentire staff came to give her such a warm welcome !! we had a great time (and i think she enjoys my meal better than her own),thank you! ?????????? Someone?s having a bad day! I have no problem waiting 30 min from the speaker until the window for drinks even if it is a bit... much?but I took a plastic sign off the speaker from a previous storm closure and nicely gave it to the guy working. He rudelystated, ?next time can you just not?? Total jerk and his beanie hat then took off for a break leaving the next girl confused asto where he?d left off, or did so to be more of a jerk most likely. Either way SHE was very pleasant. Had an absolutely fantastic experience tonight at this Starbucks. Xav, the barista that took our order was friendly, funny, and... gave incredible recommendations. My boyfriend is a serial black coffee drinker and asked for a reccomendation for fans of blackcoffee that was a bit more fun and special occas and Xav reccomended a nitro cold brew with Irish cream cold foam. He loved it!The staff was so fun and happy and made sure we liked our beverages before we left, but Xav made the experience one to remember! Read more
