I love Starbucks coffee but I?ve tried this location a few times. The last time I went my coffee went straight into the... overflowing trash can after one sip. Will never return to this location. It?s also very chaotic behind the counter. Read more
This location is trash, just like the two teenage girls who made me wait 20 minutes for two drinks with no other customers in... line. Management is clearly confused on how their employees should treat customers and their time. Clearly this location needsto hire adults who see value in what they?re doing other than sitting on snap on their phone making me wait for a drink like achild. This location again is trash and I hope Nekka gets fired quick. Corporate complaint is next. Read more
I went yesterday (05/12/2021) to this starbucks location, located inside of the Bangor Target. I ordered my drink (dragon drink)... and I received another person's drink. I am not impressed by the service here. I also purchased the color changing marble cupsand they came with no plastic over the straws, which is extremely unsanitary. The Starbucks on the Bangor Mall Blvd. alwayssells their cups with the plastic covering. The Starbucks inside of the Bangor Target also limits the amount of cups you canbuy, which is extremely unreasonable! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back and neither will myfriends/family! Read more
Today (September 5, 2020) at 7:15pm I went to Starbucks inside of Target to purchase a grande dragon drink with no dragon fruit... inclusion and light ice. I recieved my drink and I took 2 sips of it and the drink was almost gone. The drink did NOT have lightice as I had asked for and had extra ice. I went back in to tell them immediatly after and the girl proceded to tell me shecouldn't remake my drink because I had "drank most of it." I told her she put extra ice in it when I asked for light ice and shesaid, "sorry I can't help you." I DON'T reccomend going there! Read more
