Absolutely love this place because of their amazing customer service. I literally always choose this subway because of the girls... who work there. But when I went to order my sandwich a couple days ago there was this GOD AWFUL BACTERIA INFESTED STICKER on thewindow literally blocking your view from ordering what you want on top of your sandwich. The workers there, especially Caitlyn, are friendly and make my sandwich very well.
Bigger place inside than it looks from the outside. Very clean and modern. A good amount of ingredients added to the sandwiches.... My new favorite Subway even if it's much further away. I've never given 4 stars to a fast food restaurant before this. Read more
I have frequently visited this location at 570 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor for the last 2 years. The store is always clean and... in good condition, and the new remodel looks fantastic. One girl named Cassy seems to always be there when I visit and alwaysdoes a great job to keep the line moving and provide exceptional customer service with only 2 or 3 people working. The rest ofthe staff is usually very quick and friendly, however, the tall brown haired girl who I believe is the manager sometimes is notquick to come help during a busy lunch. Since the beginning of covid I have seen the staff be verbally attacked by customerswhen they enforce the state wide mask mandate. The owner should be doing a better job at managing that so their staff isn?tbeing beaten on every day. I have also witnessed who I?m going to assume is the owner, older man with raspy voice, walkingaround with his mask not on while the staff enforces it to customers. I have seen many of the staff come and go which indicatesthat the workplace environment is poor and employees are not being treated good. If it weren?t for some of the girls whocurrently work there I would probably not come back. Read more
I have been a customer of your location for years as I work right down the street. Lots of staff has come and gone. I have had... a lot of different experiences depending on the day. I just went in and the current crew you have is the BEST! Upbeat,friendly, efficient, I think I was there for 2 minutes, super fast and my sandwich is delicious! Send them my thanks! Read more
