Love their subs, soup , salads and wraps. They definitely are very expensive now, with just 2 subs costing as much as going out... to a sit down fancy restaurant per person. I'd rather do that then get subway now unfortunately. Read more

The female with multi-coloured hair is hostile and extremely stingy to customers. She will not accept Subway Corporation's... coupons and refuses to place more than a small amount of vegetables in sandwiches. I've bought Subway sandwiches in CommunistChina, the Republic of China (Taiwan--the good China), six Canadian provinces, nine U.S. states, and other places. This is theonly Subway franchise manager/supervisor I've encountered that won't take the company's coupons and sell properly madesandwiches. Read more

The prices are high but they do honor Subway Coupons you get in the mail Except the heavy set blond haired Manager/Supervisor... doesn't like to honor them. Not always friendly but the new younger guy has always been super nice to me and made my sandwichesthe way I wanted them with a super friendly attitude.The possible female Manager/Supervisor who is heavy set with blond hairwith other colors is Extremely Rude and Unprofessional and has a Major Poor Customer Service Attitude Problem. She doesn't liketo take Coupons and looks down on you if you do try to use one. She always wants to get the most monet out of you for yourSubway meal.. She won't put as many vegetables on your sandwich that you ask for as I asked for a lot of Tomatoes and Picklesand she put 3 extra Tomatoes and maybe 5 extra Pickles saying it's not an all you can eat or want veggie Policy. Yet all otherSubways seem to put on as much veggies as you want. With the new higher prices it's a shame that to save money they cut down onthe amount of Veggies you can recieve. This lady possible Manager seems also to be the only one that puts veggie amountrestrictions. She also one day shut down the fountain soda machine and wouldn't honor the Subway Coupons for the whole mealsaying due to the machine being down She couldn't honor the Coupons. Yet after the lunch rush she turned it back on. I don'tknow why she does these things. I have put a complaint in with Subway's Corporate Office and BBB. To see what kind of answersand reasons for her action and Unprofessional Attitude and made up Policies and Procedures. In my opinion she should not be aManager or Supervisor or even work at Subway with her Unprofessional Attitude. Nice food, high quality much like the slogan. I got some Buffalo chicken with mozzarella and lettuce, onions, pickles,... jalapeños, and the new MVP Parma Vinegarette. Pricing was bad. When a foot long there costs $12, it costed us an arm and a leg.Too much for a high quality sub restaurant. Just too bad, compared to State St's pricing. Went here for a little dinner after avisit to Urban Air. Good food, bad pricing, won't be coming here again. I'll just go on Dad's Days to do the State St locationinstead. They have better pricing. Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches for myself and my 4 year old son today at 5:00pm on 4/03/2022. By far worst experience I... have ever had at a subway. The young man working was absolutely horrible from his attitude to his ability to make a sandwich. Mysandwich was a large meatball sub. At first, it had all sauce and and 3-4 meatballs. When I say all sauce, it was an extremelyexcessive amount of sauce. His remedy for this was shaking it over the food waste container in the cutting board putting thebread inside the hole at times. I had to talk him through making it. Telling him how many meatballs to put on and not tosaturate the bread in sauce. My son?s sandwich a basic turkey sandwich with tomato and green peppers had so much mayo on itwhen he unwrapped it it made a giant mess and was inedible for him. While we attempted to eat an online order came through for 7sandwiches at this time the young man who made our food used a lot of profanity that my child could hear to complain thatsomeone called a sandwich shop to order sandwiches. Zero stars for this Subway location tonight. I'm never one to do a formal review, however, yikes... I walked in at approximately... 6pm and the girl asked if I was "picking up". I was a little confused but said I'm picking up but I haven't ordered yet. Shethen made it clear that she had to finish a few sandwiches first. I didn't care at all and was checking out the menu. A youngman came in and she asked if he was "picking up" and he said yes. She then told him to wait until she finished with thesandwiches in front of her. I then sat down on the bench right in front facing her so that I didn't appear to be hovering orrushing her. She finished, gave the young man his order, and then she was picking up everything. This all seemed fine to me.Then another man came in who had not ordered yet. She cleaned up a little. I stood up assuming she would be taking my order.Nope. I stood there for not long in amazement. I then stepped forward and told her that I would just go the Broadway locationsince she clearly did not want to serve me. No problem. The young gentleman at the Broadway location was wonderful. So I decided to order every meat they sold on a footlong. It took two and a half buns. Also with provolone and pepperjack,... onions, jalapeños and baby spinach. 2 very young people working. They did a great job. I ordered one of the new subs on the menu. It was good. I was very impressed... with how professional the young workers were for being by themselves. I work with several young people and I feel like I amconstantly going behind them like I have to with my own children. It was nice to see them have a good work ethic. Read more
