SAVE YOURSELF!!! Go to Las Palaps instead, cheaper and far better authentic Mexican food and did I say cheaper?!?! I had to quit... going to the Bangor KFC Taco Bell, they have terrible customer service. This last experience really was just depressing. Iplaced a $50 order and only a few items were made properly. They didn't give us some of the items I ordered, they didn't repeatthe order when I placed it, they then argued with me over a cinnamon twist I ordered for my child ( worse in front of my child.)Then they said "Go ahead, call and complain." , and just slammed the drive thru window shut. For me, this is seriuoslyunbelievable. They act like they don't make mistakes (which they really do, very often.) That's exactly why I always wouldcheck my order before leaving the restaurant, but today ...it didn't matter what my receipt said to them, it didn't matter thatmy child was obviously upset and wanted the cinnamon twists, that was literally on the receipt, they they refused to even lookat. I simply cannot support this restaurant anymore, Done! I'll drive to Brewer. Read more
Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place but this one is awful. Both the food and service leave much to be desired! Hopefully... their KFC food is better. I?m just glad I don?t live in the area! Read more
This Taco Bell sucks, for real. I popped a tire here about a month back because of a sharp curb that they?ve STILL yet to fix.... Employees are always super rude, especially this one girl named Taylor with green hair who?s on the late shift? When the curbpopped my tire, she slammed the window shut in my face without a word. Most food makers and second window people are usuallyfine, but the food is definitely sub-par even for a KFC/Taco Bell. Read more
Terrible service, very sub-par food compared to surrounding options. Even the online orders and delivery area seemed to be a... mess with a couple drivers waiting on service that isnt there. No one was manning the register, and when you ask for help youare ignored, and when you finally make eye contact with one of the staff and ask for help, you get an attitude. Unless you arelooking for dissappointment, you are better off picking somewhere else. Read more
cashier was rude, had an attitude whole time. had no salt, no ice. have no utensils, messed up whole order. worker who was... handling food blew his nose into his hand, didn?t change his gloves, and continued to handle food until a customer complained. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I have eaten, food couldn?t have tasted worse. The workers seem like they are trying to hang on to a high, and... they put me at genuine fear that they were going to spit in my food after a minor miscommunication. Many workers were handlingfood without gloves and they handed me my cup upside down touching the counter. I would choose zero stars if it was an option. Read more
I love Taco Bell but it's a shame that this one is the only one in the area. I've had issues almost every time I've visited... here. First off it is always freezing inside the restaurant.... know matter what time of the year it is. Definitely notcomfortable to eat inside. I would prefer to just go through the drive thru but have had food left off my order almost everytime and eating nachos while driving doesn't usually work too well. The drink station is always a mess. Soaking wet from stickysoda, melted ice, etc. Other than that though the inside of the restaurant is pretty clean. Customer service is alright but ifyou do mention something they may have messed up on, the manager seems annoyed. Probably gonna have to think twice before goingback here again anytime soon. Waited in line for 30 minutes for a number 3 supreme and nacho fries only to get cold fries, tacos with just meat and cheese and... a watered down Dr. Pepper. The employees sat on their phones and joked around while multiple vehicles were backed up to thefront parking area. I wouldn't recommend going here until they have staff that do their jobs. Read more
