The good was very good, prepared quickly, and the owner (I think) was very nice. We had a little chat and she sent us on our way... with a little treat. An excellent find on our way through town. Plus, beautiful sunflowers outside. Read more

I haven?t been here in years, at least 7and not even sure if it?s the same owners, but this was my hidden gem in college and the... one thing I looked forward to after a tough week. Just looked them up to give a friend a food suggestion and the fact they arestill around and thriving speaks volumes. Give them ALL your business! You won?t regret it. Read more

I ordered a Pad Thai three-star because it was for my fiance and our daughter would try it too. Sadly the heat seems to come... from, what I know as, Thai sweet chili sauce... mostly sweet. Our three wasn't barely a one. Read more

So sad about my experience here. We chose this restaurant based on the high average rating. The good: friendly service, cute... place. BUT. Chicken pad Thai, spice ?3? had undercooked noodles and tasted of straight-out-of-the jar sweet and sour sauce.Inedible. I was/am hungry and tried to eat it, I really tried. I could not. Beef pad Thai, spice ?1? was too spicy, but fullycooked noodles at least! Same sweet-and-sour sauce taste problem. Drunken noodles, spice ?3? had the wrong noodles (very thin)and tasted like tomato paste. Wrong sauce altogether. Read more

Definitely one of the better Pad Thai dishes I've had anywhere from Old Town to Winslow and in-between. The only downsides are... how tiny the place is and how you pick up orders (I wish it was dine-in friendly) and also a slight language barrier, which Iknow isn't anyone's fault. I still got Pad Thai, it just wasn't the cashew version I was hoping for. Guess I'll have to orderonline next time instead to try the level 5 Cashew Pad Thai. Read more

They claim to have the World?s Best Drunken Noodles and I think I have to agree in that this was the best drunken noodles that I... ever tasted. They have spice levels that go from 1 to 5, if I remember correctly. I went with level 3 but I want to increase thenext time I come back. The portion was good as well. I definitely recommend for those craving some Thai cuisine in the area! Read more

My friend and I recently bought a used car that was collecting dust in the back, they were so generous and offered us food!... Amazing Thai food, and these people deserve the local business! Read more

I'm visiting Bangor and when I drove by and saw their sign saying they had the best drunken noodles in the world, I had to try.... I've lived in bigger cities with excellent Thai cuisine and wanted to compare. Ordering in person through a screen door to ashoeless owner was odd, but sometimes ecclectic is part of the charm. He was kind, and even gave me a free soda while I waswaiting. The drunken noodles were flavorful, but they used the thin rice stick noodles you'd normally find in Pad Thai, not thewide, thick, chewy noodles that make drunken noodles great. At $14 for a lunchtime order, they were also a bit on the pricyside. There's good and bad here. As for the claim that these are the best in the world? That myth is busted. Read more
