Second place I tried to stop and get coffee in Bangor today that was closed. Despite looking like a drug shanty from the... pull-in (garbage can full, loose trash blowing around) I hoped that it was just a rough exterior. Nope, closed for staffingissues. Family of six waited and waited for our order. Out of eggs, out of hash browns, but plenty of excuses. No refills on coffee... because of COVID excuse is getting long in the tooth. COVID spreads person to person, not on coffee cups and over 70 percentof population is vaccinated. If you don't give out refills so you can make more money selling me another cup, at least behonest about it. Read more
Man I can't get enough the coffee. Hands down other than my kitchen this is my favorite spot to grab a hot coffee. The breakfast... sandwiches and donuts are fantastic as well. If you're a coffee lover and never been hop on over and check this place out! Read more
Honestly if I could give less than one star I would do it. Bathroom was closed due to covid??? Other establishments I have been... in have Safely operated their restrooms why cannot they figure it out? When I simply pulled my mask down just enough to take asip of coffee and then pull it back up, I was rudely told the mask has to stay on when in the store. Really? I was the only onein the store and they were over 12 ft away. In my opinion this establishment needs better management. I have been in other TimHortons restaurants where none of this stuff is going on. Read more
The Tim Hortons In bangor has to no to give better service. The young girl that waited on me inside was rude and gave me the... wrong order, and when I told her it was wrong she argued with me. She didn't give me a bag for my bagel, I got it in a napkin. Iasked for a bag and again rude...She rang me up wrong and did not give me a receipt for the transaction. And when I asked herfor a receipt she said she threw it away. What kind of people do you have working there.? Usually I have really good service. Ithink I will go somewhere else for now on. Read more
The owner needs to let their people know to fill the Coffees. I have gone to several locations locally and they always fill... almost 2 full inches from top. RIP off. Food is good but they never give napkins unless you ask and never ask you if you need abag. The owner can do better and sti earn plenty. The staff are always nice. Read more
Excellent food, beverages, and service! I come through pretty regularly as it is on my commute. The staff are wonderful -... friendly and thoughtful. Customer service is clearly a high priority for this team. The food is delicious and there is a greatvariety. And the coffee is fantastic of course! Read more
I loved working here! My first job, and one of my best jobs. The crew that I had was absolutely amazing, and I will never forget... the beautiful morning sunrises, and sunsets. One of the best spots at the time to enjoy a coffee, sit down with friends, andenjoy the view. I am going to miss the hell out of this place. Read more
