We came in on a bus and only the drive through was open. They let us come in and order and use their restroom. The gentleman at... the counter was super nice. I ordered the peppermint mocha latte and it is so good! Read more

No dine in apparently means you can?t order inside either. Instead of being told that an employee ran to the door and locked it... in my face before walking away. No sign on the door. No information. Since we had walked over from our hotel, we were without acar so we went to the Irving instead. However, I?ve been to this location many times and have always had a good experience. Ifyou want your Timmy?s fix, make sure you?ve got your wheels! Read more

The Timbits are delicious but the hours are not accurate. We were in from out of town and went out of our way to come back... Sunday when the hours state they are supposed to be open, but they were closed. It's super easy for a manager or even owner toupdate hours on their Google business account- that needs to be done. I'm a regular daily customer. At lesst once a day, with some days up to 5 visits. I love tim hortons. The owner and especially... Bruce are some of the sweetest and nicest people. I'd like to think myself patient and understanding but things are gettingprogressively worse worker wise. Today I got a turkey BLT and no bacon! And I was the only customer there period, so theyweren't overwhelmed. Order 2 hasbrowns and pay for 2 but only get one. Order a Carmel ice coffee with 2 granulated sugars andone milk and consistently something is done wrong, either I'm given liquid sugar which I can't stand the taste of or it gives memigrains, or they use cream instead of milk which is super heavy and they always use way too much making the coffee more creamthan coffee and way too light in color. Get a beagle and it's edges and outer parts are burnt to a crisp which tells me theyhave the toaster on way too high of a heat setting and sending the items through at too fast of a pace atrempting to get thewindow time down. Get an English muffin and it's super soggy and soft. And I absolutely love it (sarcasm) when I get hashbrownsthat are either super soggy and under cooked cold in the middle, or have been sitting under the warming light for way too longand are stale tasting or freezer burnt tasting. Some of the younger female workers will straight laugh at you and crack ignorantcomments they think you can't hear, one new big bearded guy acts like he's never smiled in his whole life and sounds miserableand annoyed by you and your presence as he football hikes things out the window into your hand with a stern "here" not evengiving you enough time to put your drink in a cup holder. The over all quality of customer service and food is continually goingdownhill. And if you ask for them to fix anything.......the attitude or annoyance portrayed makes you feel guilty. I use to workat tim hortons and was a baker for them at one point to. If things are done right from the jump it's e Read more
