I usually dont complain about wendys, as i have worked at a wendys before and know how hard it gets. however, the past three... times i have been to this location there has been hair in my food. i understand life happens but three times is an exceptionallylarge amount and it doesnt make me want to finish my food. not impressed at all and wont be coming back to this location. Our wait was crazy long, the cashier at drive-thru was as personable as a rock. The food was cold and tastes like the oil hasn't... been changed for a while. Very sad they used to be a good place to go. Read more
Look... It's a Wendy's.. Don't expect anything else, but as far as Wendy's go it is great. Food is fresh things are "cooked"... well. The crispy chicken was actually crispy and they put on the correct amount of toppings. Just don't forget to check your bagfor sauces/straws. Read more
This particular restaurant needs a good cleaning. Floors are sticky, food everywhere, all the tables are dirty and there was a... pair of ratty old slippers in the bathroom stall. There is very little attention being paid to cleaning if any at all. Thatbeing said the staff is doing its best to just keep up with thr flow of costumers. I don't think I will be eating here everagain. Utterly disgusting. Read more
I watched a worker go into the bathroom with her apron on and never changed it coming out and going back to her station. The... soda machines were pretty much empty. I tried to get strawberry citrus and it gave me orange instead, twice. The only goodthing, the lady at the front taking orders was nice and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Read more
Shocked at the level of trash overflowing in both the dining room and the outside dining area. Floors were sticky, and clearly... hadn't been swept or mopped in some time not to mention the floor by the drink machines were wet and there was no caution sign.I was concerned that if the dining area looked that way, the kitchen area probably wouldn't be much cleaner. Needless to say, myhusband and I left to eat somewhere else and probably won't be going back to this particular Wendy's by the mall. Read more

Food was the typical Wendy's- Very good for fast food. Store is modern style. Staff was attentive. The shift supervisor seemed... to have good oversight of the crew and was making sure people were cleaning the dining area which makes for a better customerexperience. Read more
