Why people are willing to wait in a 25 minute line at the drive through for over processed junk and mediocre coffee is beyond... me. However, I am willing to use my legs to walk in to the cafe and order that mediocre coffee when I have a $1 or $2coupon. Gave myself extra time this morning to grab a cheep cup, and waited patiently behind a gentleman with a large complexorder for the cashier who was clearly fumbling to tell me "the system cant process a coupon right now". It was really theprincipal more than the money so I asked the manager to honor the coupon. An unhelpful man came out and told me told that agiant corporation like Dunkin, is not willing to take a $1.60 hit to satisfy a customer they lured in with their marketing.Shame on me for not knowing their system wasn't working properly this morning! I just want everyone to know how badly I felt after I left today. I ordered a sandwich and an iced coffee. The bill was 7 and... some odd change. I gave the young boy a ten and said keep the change he said, " wow a whole 2.07!". I felt terrible, normally uonly tip servers a good amount because they live on tips! I wasn't dining out they just gave me a sandwich. I felt horrible. Read more

We use to go here a lot! It is convenient.Not anymore, we keep thinking when we go it Will get better. But, it doesn?t. The... coffee, the lattes, are lukewarm at best. We?ve already gotten a plain coffee when it should have been lattes. And ,we?ve gotten the wrong change a few times! So now we are definitely going to Starbucks because it is worth the trip. How can you run a business like what I just saw. 6 employees working and 1 taking orders while the drive thru is around the... build and the dining room has a line out the door. The whole time the other 5 are just talking to each other no good or coffeebeing made. Literally had to say out loud does anyone feel like doing their job. Read more

It's so frustrating. The inconsistency here is the problem. Some days you can order what you want. Other days, you cannot get... what you ordered the days before because that's "not how you do it." Example: the new coconut refreshers. I've gotten them withhalf and half rather than coconut milk. Okay, they're intended to be one way. That's fine. And had I not gotten one from thatparticular place yesterday, I'd understand. Suddenly, it's a no. I'll also acknowlege it's a higher cost. I'll pay it. I don'tcare for coconut milk, but I like the flavor of the fruit. We used a free beverage for the drink we did get. There was acharge. That was also new. Since when? I got scolded, more than once actually, for asking for whipped cream on a drink. I wastold I should have added it on the app. It's not a button I can press on the app, so I can't actually order it. Again, I don'tcare about paying the extra 20 cents. Charge me. Don't give me grief. They don't make donuts anymore. That makes them a coffeeshoppe now. Well, I want it my way. Doubt I'll be back.
