Before we ordered we witnessed how the one person taking order for lobby only did one at a time and after that order was ready... then she took another. When we TRIED to order a grilled chicken sandwich but the cashier could not find it so she asked and wewere told they only have grilled. They should take grilled off the inside menu board. Then my husband tried to order a cheeseburger with no sauces and the girl who was obviously new COULD NOT figure it out. Read more

Stopped here on our way back from Cannon Beach. Staff was nice and friendly, they even went out to help a lady who was having... problem driving. Food was hot and fast. Fries were not old, big plus for my kids. No mistakes on our order. Person who deservesextra star for effort is Logan today. Great attitude and customer service. 2 thumbs up buddy. Read more
My son and I went through the drive through to just get some ice cream. I didn?t understand what he wanted, and the lady... disrespectfully told us with a very aggressive and rude attitude through the speaker ?ma?am, excuse me but could you go park andcome in or something, you?re holding up my line. I?ve been sitting here waiting for you to order for 4 minutes. There?s fourcars behind you going out into the hwy!? This made me upset and my son thought he wasn?t getting any ice cream. So then I hadan upset son, and I was VERY unhappy. How rude ? Like who acts like that? So I go inside to order to go, and she?s explainingsomething to another customer SUPER rudely, like we are suppose to know their rules? I don?t care if you?re trying to have a badday, or if you are trying to just run your business or whatever. This is the only DQ between the coast and Hillsboro. Yourrevenue is fine. Don?t disrespect your customers, ESPECIALLY in front of their children. I do believe the woman?s name wasAmber, but I could have misheard the other worker and I could be wrong. Stopped in last night to beat the heat and get some tasty treats with the family. Got us some famous blizzards. The line was... long, obviously everyone else had the same idea. People are kinda scary pulling in and out of that place. Anyways... I had abutterfinger, wife a cherry chip, caramel fudge cheesecake. So good! Well worth the wait. Unfortunately dine in is still closed,but the drive thru is open. So stop in and get a classic or new blizzard. Or any of the other delicious food options they have.Till next time dairy queen... My friend?s car broke down while driving to the beach, so we had to pull over into the Dairy Queen parking lot and we parked in... a designated parking spot for like 5 minutes. Then a lady came out and was very rude and said ?you?re gonna have to move yourcar? and my friend tried to calmly explain that her car was broken down and her sister was on the way. Then my friend asked ifthat was okay. The worker said ?I guess it?s gonna have to be? and then walked back inside. Then another lady came out andyelled ?do you want me to push your car forward? and then we were like ?we can drive it forward a bit but it?s not safe to driveit far? and then she yelled at us to drive it to the other side of the parking lot so we did since they were both very rude andaggressive towards us. As we drove around to the other side she said ?it doesn?t look broken bitch? and went back inside. Thisis very immature and terrible behavior. My family had a rough trip and this fast food joint was a jem. Super nice employees that were cleaning probably more than needed... but also happy. The food was great and I felt very welcome. A lot of young employees but they all were doing an amazing job. Read more
