I travel the western part of NC for work and eat at lots of Subways. This is by far the best subway I've been to. It's always a... lovely experience. The restaurant is always clean including the lobby, sub station area and the restrooms and the staff isalways smiling, kind and courteous. Right after the lunch rush they have staff cleaning and preparing for what's to come next.Thank you Subway of Banner Elk for always being a great experience! Read more
When i went in to be served I was told it would be a moment. As I was waiting the other 2 workers talked to the lady and man... behind me instead of helping the lady that was making the 7 subs ( online order ) before me. I asked for 2 six inch subs and afootlong and they charged me for extra meat. Because the lady who served me put extra meat and I didn't want extra meat just aregular six inch steak and six inch turkey. Instead of tring to fix it they wanted to charge me for her mistake. Then when I getto pay the cashier only rang up the one witch was $15 for 1 foot long ( the extra meat I didn't ask for) will not come back tothis place very rude staff very disappointed. Read more
This was the happiest Subway I?ve ever been to! The staff was friendly and patient with my kids and me. The person who checked... us out let my seven year old scan our chips and Gatorade, made jovial small talk with us as we paid, and sent us off with a?Happy Fourth of July!?
