I ordered 6 del tacos through the drive through. When I got to the window they did not give me hot sauce? I asked for hot sauce... and they gave me one per taco. I asked for extra and they said, no. I was not happy, and I got off to talk to the manager buthe/she never came up? I guess Del Taco thinks this is good business. Read more

This Del Taco claims to be open 24 hours which is an absolute lie. They got a big sign that says Del Taco is open right on the... front of it but if you go there at 4:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning you will not be able to drive through and get any food. Youwill just be left with a bad taste in your mouth because you drove all the way to Del Taco thinking that the drive-thru is open24 hours and it's not. You know how sometimes you walk into a fast food restaurant and it is immediately apparent that things are well-rounded, clean,... and the employees care about each other, their work, the food they are making, and you as a customer? This Del Taco location isone of those places! We went in for take-out, had special instructions for almost every item for our family of four, and gotsomeone who was training on the register. She was sweetly helpful, and the support staff helping to train her was patient,friendly, and jumped in any time she needed to find something unusual or new. (Well done, Javier!!!! You are going places, suchfantastic team building AND customer service! Hope you receive kudos from your management at this location!). The floor wasclean in the kitchen (how many times do you see other restaurants literally slinging food on the floor and walking in it? Nothere!!!), The restaurant was clean and we'll lit, and the team on the prep line was positive, encouraging each other, andhurrying to get orders prepped accurately. We'll be back!!! Read more
