This jack in the box has no kind of customer service or people skills every time I come here the order is messed up and the guy... who handed me my food was charging me for a buttermilk sauce I didn't know that Jack in the box did that. The manager offered me fries instead of my hash brown because it was going to take two minutes longer. I said I would wait for... my hash brown. Also, she gave me the wrong sandwich and I had to tell her. Read more

They are starting to charge for sauces but they don't always charge you. Apparently corporate and the stores are not in good... communicado. Food quality overall is pretty decent. Read more

Not really fast food if you're waiting 20 mintues for an ice coffee. Not just an isolated incident either. Come here and see... for yourself happens all the time. Would not recommend if you picking something up to go to work. Read more

Really guys? Could've at least attempted to aim if you were slamming them chicken patties. Half of the cheese I paid extra for... is stuck on the wraper and now I need to scrape it back onto the sandwich. Speed and quality need balancing here. Read more

Understaffed and turning down customers. Real let down. Even called and offered to pay for delivery so we could order. The... response was "sorry... No..." This is the 3rd Jack in the box that refused me service in the last 30 days. Read more
