I placed an order at roughly 9:15-9:30 pm for pick up at 11 pm. I get a call at around 10:30 pm saying my orders being canceled... because their closing early and I would have to call the next day to get my refund. My wife was literally less then 2 blocksfrom the location when they canceled our order. Read more
Orders are always late. When you try calling the store they won?t answer. An when they do answer they can never give you a ETA... on your order. They make every excuse in the book not to help you with your order. So tonight I am getting cold pizza / coldwings and a hot soda. I would never order from Pizza Hut again I ordered my pizza at 5:45 they said it would be delivered by 602 and they did not show... up until after seven. When I called and talk to the manager he was in sympathetic all he said was I can give you store credit.No right establishment would say all I can do is give you store credit. Read more

I ordered my food at 6:00pm. Online it stated 15 minutes carryout. I attempted to order delivery but it seems they do not... deliver to my address. I arrived at the Banning location at 6:30pm. Waited another 10 minutes before receiving my order. No bigdeal. The problem I have is to drive to a location for your food, drive home to find out you were given the wrong thing... Iordered a 12 piece traditional wings and when I get home I have boneless wings. So sad. My fault for trusting the employees toget my order right. Read more
