In a 116 heat wave the cashier kicked out an innocent homeless man getting ice water. It broke my heart and it was very... disturbing. I wanted to buy him water but the cashier made him run away. I have a big heart for homeless people and I think it?simportant to practice kindness, compassion and emotional intelligence. It says a lot about a business when they are mean tohomeless people. I believe the random acts of kindness we put out in the world have a way of coming back to us and we reep whatwe sow in this world. I came home and cried and also prayed for the homeless man. We can all have everything and lose it in aheartbeat. I called the subway manager to complained and he said they have to avoid homeless people. How can they deny ahomeless person of water? My husband and I will never give subway our business again. Read more

By far the worst service EVER!!! The manager Alex or Alexy has the worst customer service I?ve ever had. He told me if I can?t... wait I can leave!! All I asked is how long the wait time was in the drive through since I already waited almost 10 minuteswithout him saying anything. When I went inside to ask I was told I have break in a minute I ain?t the one. I will be going tocorporate tomorrow this guy needs to lose his job. Oh then the girl said we will call the cops!!! Cross contamination is a real issue in this area I have come to learn?I follow a certain type of diet and I have been for years... so when I asked if the MANAGER who was making my sandwiches wouldn?t mind changing their gloves before they make mine the wholevibe changed?she rushed me through my other sandwiches?gave attitude to me as well as other staff members they weren?t even thatbusy?I have worked in food service for over 15 years and I know what customer service truly is?I would never let anyone who hada simple request feel bad for asking or become visibly irritated because of such a request?I will never eat here again not evenbecause of how sick I have been since eating here but for the customer service I received from a manager of all people?the otherstaff members were great and I feel bad for them having to work with a manager like that?if she?s rude to her customers I canonly imagine how she is with the employees Read more

Every. Single. Time. They have messed up my order. Every. TIME. Ironically enough, the last time I went they got my girlfriends... order right but messed up mine so I don't know if its fate or what but hahaha yeah, they have messed up my order every time Ihave gone. They did fix it everytime but I'm not one to let that slide anyway.
