I see many bad reviews of this location and although it is concerning, I have never had a problem here. I've eaten here once... every few weeks for around 2 years and never once had a problem. If anything, I think that they are a little stingy with thewaba sauce but I get that every business is trying to reduce needless waste or costs. Everything here is great for me. Read more
This location always closes before 8pm and when you arrive at 10 til and the door is locked the employees just stare at you and... then show each other their phone. They could care less about their customers. They just want to close early and get out ofthere. No customer service ???? Read more
I ordered my food on line and made a mistake and added rice. So when I got there I spoke with a Ellen who said she was the... manager, told her I needed to make a change that I do not want rice all vegetables! She got so mad and was throwing things , therice back into rice container, slamming the lid, had no customer service at all!!! My favorite on the go meal. I get the Waba bowl, which comes with chicken and steak, and add veges. In a bowl with rice. The... sauce they use is seasoned well. It tastes like a home cooked meal. Read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First of all, I asked for a small order of brown rice and they charged me for a big one. Not just... that, the rice was HARD! My daughter said it was too hard I tried it and indeed. I told them nicely and the RUDE Asian lady inthe back said well next time just order white rice! Bad service, lazy! Came in a half hour before closing, still had 18mins left when I got my plate, and asked if I could have a... seat and eat since they aren't closed. Was told sternly "no" "walk in only" finished my meal in my car and came back in to throwaway my trash and get the napkins I still needed. Lame!
