Stopped in for a quick lunch, we split the fried chicken sandwich and reuben, both were very good, the sides of fries were too. ... Also had a few pints from their excellent tap list and enjoyed the friendly service. Loved the warm Irish Pub feel! Read more
Quaint Irish Pub located right in downtown bar harbor. It is walking distance to everything. It has a great selection of beer... and tall Guinness ! It has decent food as well about everything you would expect out of an irish pub . If your looking for a notso crowded spot in a very busy town, with reasonable prices and fast drinks I would Recommend Leary?s Landing Irish Pub toeveryone! Read more
Average pub cuisine in the middle of Bar Harbor. Outdoor seating available. We ordered a burger, medium cooked requested yet it... was raw in the inside and fish tacos. The burger and fries were a disappointment whereas the fish tacos were decent. Read more
Lovely environment with some really cool, traditional objects and furniture. Very relaxed. Service was good and the staff were... friendly. The Veggie Burger was amazing, best I've tasted on my trip to Maine so far! The only thing that let the place down wasthe chips (UK) fries (US)... Around half of them were too overcooked and cracked/shattered into little pieces when I tried topick them up with my fork. One of several places open during winter, Leary's served my family excellent fish and chips, shepherd's pie, blackened haddock... sandwich and a burger. Fast, friendly service, and not too expensive. We had a great meal and a great time. Loved it so much wecame back the next night. They had a special lamb shank on parmasean mashed potatoes with a pomegranate remoulade. It wasamazing. Kids so loved my fish and chips from the night before, they both ordered it. Wife got blackened haddock tacos. Such awonderful restaurant. Read more
We like this place. There isn?t much seating, but the servers are good and there is seating outside. I like the flavor of... their lobster roll because of the lemon zest in their recipe. My husband has ordered several items off of their menu and he?salways enjoyed them. Their bathroom is two levels below their entrance which makes it difficult if you have any mobilityissues. Our server for this visit was Nicholas and he was hustling so we were impressed. Also the host was quick to help getguests seated when availability became open. Their Guiness is properly poured as expected and I enjoy the Magners. Every yearwe come back to this restaurant. Read more
