The service was good, always had our drinks full, the food was good and hot. Overall would recommend coming here. The place was... very clean, the bathrooms are clean. The soup was hot, the cheese and bread were great, I just think the base of the brothseemed a little more watery then what I have had before. So maybe the kitchen can change that. We ate our first meal on a visit to Bar Harbor at The Chart Room and it was incredible - we enjoyed the Lobster Stew as well as... Halibut dishes. The service was excellent, and other patrons were kind. Highly recommend to anyone visiting who wants adelicious meal that is also very reasonably priced for what you get! Read more

Got the Fried Seafood Platter. Everything was very bland. Even the slaw. No seasoning at all as far as my buds could tell. Clam... chowder was good though. Nice place and nice bay view, but not impressed with the seafood at all. Prices were average for thearea. Read more
We absolutely loved The Chat Room! The Blueberry Pie here was the best! We kept going back for more!! They have indoor and... outdoor seating options. We chose to sit outside since it was a nice day and it has an ocean front view. Because we chose to sitoutside we had no wait time for our table. The food came out much quicker than we expected because they were busy and it wasdelicious! They had options from seafood, to pasta, to land food and even a kids meal options. Read more
Our server, Max was excellent. Very funny and super friendly as well as efficient. Food was delicious and plated well. Drinks... were wonderful. Reservations would be best during dinner hours. We paid around $50 a plate including drinks at 1 each.Definitely would return! Read more
