Really enjoyed the place. Bartender and other staff are polite, knowledgeable about the food and as engaging as you want to be.... I went here two times during this visit to Bar Harbor. First was for drinks and oysters. There were 5 types and they were allvery good. Second time was to have the seafood tower - full lobster, shrimp, tuna poke, some haddock and another 20 oysters.Some of these were different varieties from two days before which goes to show the volume that they go through. Enjoyed bothoccasions. The only slight issue I had was that the shocking of the oysters was a bit rough. There were definitely shell bitsin quite a few both times. And we also had a couple oysters both times that had torn sacks. Still edible obviously but withsomething as delicate as an oyster, and the prices, I would hope that issue gets resolved. I would still go again, and thefreshness of all the seafood as well the service keep me with 5 stars for this one. Read more

Service was on the slow side but there were only two servers working. The staff was friendly and polite. The crab Rangoon pizza... sounded better than it was and was lacking everything but crab meat. My mom got the beehive and that was enjoyed over all exceptthe crab had a very hard shell making it very hard to crack with just a cracker. ( no mallet or pick) Read more

Food was good, service was meh. It was great to try the different oysters but the waiter seemed to disappear. Would recommend... for a verity of raw bar options. Also had margarita flat bread which was good. Read more

A real surprise gem in Bar Harbor. The poké in particular really shined, the ceviche, hamachi and smoked fish plate were also... really solid. The oysters were delicious and fresh. Friendly, attentive servers. Thoughtful, streamlined drink list. You've gotto check this place out! Read more

It was a nice surprise find! We got the tower that came with oysters, clam, crab, lobster, tuna, and shrimps and the tuna poke.... They all tasted good and it's not cheap but the price matches with other local restaurants. Luckily. it was happy hour when wewent so we got the beer for half the price. The interior is so cute and the server was so nice. Overall very good experience,unique food, and would definitely recommend! It's a bit hard to find because it's on second floor. I eat seafood all over, oysters and crab claws are a couple of my favorite treats. So, I really know when I get something... special and these guys have the goods! I tried the MDI and the Cranberry oysters (Mount Desert Island, Great Cranberry Island).These were some of the best I've ever had! We ordered the Sargent Tower, do yourself a favor and get one as soon as you can! Read more

The place has a chic vibe. The server was fast and very kind. We had a beer and a couple of oysters. The oysters are $3 each,... but the price is not in the menu so you have to ask. The oysters and the accouterment were delicious. Read more
