We went through the drive through after a long day at the renfaire. Fries were bland and soft. Sandwhiches were fine. Staff... was short but not rude. Line moved at a decent pace but we were asked to pull around and park to finish the chicken nuggets. Idont know how long we waited. Maybe 5 minutes... Overall a relatively normal fast food experience EXCEPT THE NUGGETS. Mydaughter (3) excitedly bit into her nugget and exclaimed "oo its got cheese in it". I looked over, shocked, and took it fromher. I sniffed it and realized it was a jalapeño popper. The poor girls face flushed as the spice hit her. Staff needs to paybetter attention. Thankfully this was a minor instance of a poor toddler with a spicy mouth, but what if someone was allergic tosomething. Read more
Came in to sit down during dinner time not to busy. Manger was super attentive and friendly. She brought my hot fresh food to... me and smiled. Simple, accurate, friendly customer service. Waited 18 minutes for 2 "your way meals" Called at that point and asked if they forgot about me...they did. After another long... wait a bag came out. No fries. Just irritating considering 2 people outside smoking. The girl at the window was very politealthough you could see she was completely overwhelmed. Why open the doors it you are going to serve people on a sub par levelcontinuously? $13 for 2 Rodeo burger and cold chicken fries. The owners should honestly be ashamed for allowing this kind ofservice. You hire a manager and then dump the entire load on them. Sad. Read more
Worst experience I?ve had at any fast food place. Entire order was messed up. Had my granddaughters for a day and they wanted... Burger King. Called when we got home with food and found out everything was wrong. Lady was nice about it but neglected totell me if I didn?t come back same day they couldn?t refund my money so I didn?t go back for 48 hours. Wouldn?t refund my moneyand started refilling order correctly. I couldn?t take the food then as I didn?t have my granddaughters anymore. That?s allthey would do and were not very pleasant about it. I write this as I am eating my lunch standing in back by the garbage can at work. I drove to get a pick up and they made my... food with stuff I said leave off due to allergies. They asked if I wanted to get credit in a book... It's sad you have a book ofwrong orders. I drove back to get the correct food and my lunch break is now over without eating. Read more
Service was fantastic and staff was super patient with my ordering! Food was fresh and yummy. The playground and outside eating... area was perfect for our 3 boys. Read more
Third time ordering the 9piece chicken fingers and only getting 8. If you bring it up to them they get a attitude. Props to... manager smoking ciggs and just tossing them on ground also Read more
