The "Meat" tasted like it came from a can, very bland and not very good! The chicken was watery, probably canned. The macaroni was over cooked, under seasoned, and as far as I could tell, cheeseless.... The potatoes were under cooked and greasy. Doesn't even deserve a one star but no stars isn't an option. Worst catering and food I have ever seen. They arrived late and... food was awful. The food was cold, the "smoked" chicken was plain canned chicken. What they called mac and cheese was plainnoodles, which they stated they put 4-5 cups of cheese in but we are talking about 14-16 lbs of food. That is how many cups ofcheese you would use for 8-16 oz of mac and cheese, sounds like amatuer cooks to me. This so said Godly man ripped my family off. Definitely a scam artist at its finest. The food was awful for my wedding. He... ruined everything.. I had to leave to go get food from McDonald's. I dont recommend him for anything. Definitely try his foodbefore booking even though he won't and make him sign a contract so you don't get ripped off like us! We called to let him knowhow we felt before leaving reviews and he offered nothing to us for the terrible food/catering he did for us. If I could leavezero stars I would. Just had them cater our wedding of 150. Nobody at the wedding enjoyed the food. The chicken tasted canned (i almost vomited when... I tried my kids - I didn't believe him when he said it tasted like puke), the mac n cheese was hard and tasted like they justadded shredded cheese with the noodles, green beans tasted funky and were cold, and the potatoes were bland. The only thingedible was the brisket (which Im not a hundred percent convinced it was even a true brisket) and that was just okay. The kidswouldn't eat any of it even though we were guaranteed the mac and cheese was the kids favorite. It was so disappointing andembarrassing to us. Not a single person enjoyed it. We also informed him of only 150 people multiple times and he charged us forway more than that. They definitely didn't deserve the extra money they charged us or tip they received. I would NEVER recommendthem to anyone. It definitely ruined are wedding night!! We asked for a tasting but he said he does not do tastings andguaranteed he only uses the best of meat and everyone has great things to say about him.
