Service is horrible. Takes OVER AN HOUR to get your food delivered to you. I could understand 30-45 minutes as that?s a lot of... businesses. But this is the second time I have order for delivery and it?s been over an hour both times. The first time thishappened we called them 2 times. The first call they said it was on its way (didn?t even ask who the was or what my order was)the second time we called they asked the name, order etc and said it should of been there (this is at least 1hr and 20 minutes)and they guy just got there. Never got a discount or anything. Wont be ordering again. Read more

Ordered a sub at 1:50pm in the middle of the day and didn't see it till 3:00 pm only after 2 calls and to find it outside the... 2nd door on step. I did NOT PUT LEAVE OUTSIDE ON THE DELIVERY WTH Read more
Tried the new Thai Chicken wrap and it was excellent!! It is now one of my favorites!! Very friendly staff. Will be back.
It was my 1st time ever at a Jimmy John's subs were good same price for everything so it was nice not to see the person taking... your order screw up. They also let me taste some meat that I've never even heard of. Read more
Called to place a delivery order for a baraboo address by Gall road. Was told we do not deliver to this part of town. We called... Domino's who is located next door to them and enjoyed a pizza delivered to our house. What a joke Read more
I love Jimmy Johns but they won't deliver 1.8 miles away to our business. (And we would bring them lots of business with... ordering and catering) When they did deliver to us they complained and said this will be the last time. Funny how Dominos willdeliver with no problem and there store is right next door. Also Milos delivers to us and they are 3 miles away from ourcompany. I place an order for delivery about once a month, that last 3 deliveries, have been about a half hour late, AND tried calling... the number related, and can't get through... I won't order from here again. Read more
