Stopped at drive thru 1st time in several months there was not anything on menu screen. I ordered from memory what I thought I... wanted. Would have ordered more than a big Mac. Would have been nice to see if there may have been a deal. Possibly fries orsomething else. The person taking order was like oh well. So had to stop elsewhere to get rest of supper. Read more
Still have people you can order from. Some of us older people prefer to order from a person. Very friendly and helpful workers... here in Baraboo. Nice and clean including bathroom. Thanks Read more
This particular store is quite possibly the best-run, cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. Super nice staff, incredibly... clean. (I spent several hours here doing interviews for my Organization.) Read more
In fairness, I have only ever used the drive through less than 10 times, but usually the food prep is slower than other... McDonalds I've seen. The staff are very friendly though, which goes a long way. Read more
Take to long to get you food mine take like 15 min, when I check my order I was like 10 min away from the restaurant and see... that I was missing 2 sandwiches, I order a coffee and they have sugar and cream by the fountain drink I have to ask for more. Aolder person Try to order on the front but the manager tell him to made the order in the kiosk, he replied to the lady that hecan't do it He don't know how. After 10 minutes the person star doing he's order in the kiosk slow but was faster that the frontcounter person. Read more
Don't cut me off before I'm done ordering, you guys do a good job of that at this mcdonalds. Lower the pay or something because... the younger girls working didnt even know how to work a counterfeit pen. REALLY!? Read more
This McDonald's is very clean. The staff are nice but I do warn you, expect to use the screens to do the ordering because they... are very busy during the rush. If you are uncomfortable with ordering with the screen I suggest you use the drive through. Read more
Cashiers were laughing with each other because I didn't want to round up my total and then they put my fries in the bag... completely upside down. Most of the people there are usually really nice so not sure what was going on today Read more
