The best Pizza Hut in Wisconsin. I am the least picky person on the planet but I need to recognize that this location has kind... people, great food, and excellent quality. I order online super easy, and my order is exactly what I order every single time.Whenever I go out to eat at other places my order is messed up and I just let it go (if I order bacon at McD's I get sausage, ifI order cheese at Culvers I get none, if I order chocolate at DQ I get vanilla, and recently I bought green paint at Menards andit was white - HAHA). Having said that, at this Pizza Hut I have always gotten what I have ordered. Mistakes happen and Iwouldn't have complained but I think it is pretty great that they have their stuff together! Put my order in for delivery tonight just after 10 p.m., the worker was struggling on his end to figure out the machine because... it was acting up. I was very patient with him as things happen, so i just waited. He thought he figured it out and charged mycard for my food and then said I owed like $6, which I didn?t because my card was charged and it took my money? Then themanager got on the phone, at this point I wasn?t mad or upset or anything, but still being patient. The manager couldn?t figureout the problem, he then said what he was going to do is charge my card AGAIN, even though it was already charged for the orderwhich I wasn?t receiving. He said I would talk with the other manager tomorrow and they would refund me, at this point I wasannoyed but told them I wasn?t going to pay for 2 orders when I?m only receiving one. Regardless if I have to call back the nextday to get my refund for the first order. The manager then said he would take care of it and I would receive my food in 20minutes. I had horrible service at a local Pizza Hut, so I called the Baraboo location (the next closest to my town) and asked if the... information I was given was correct and a wonderful person by the name of Jana (sp?) went above and beyond in helping me!! I couldn't order online through the app or website. When we called, we were put through to a call center instead of the store... itself. We placed and order over the phone. When we got there at 10:25am, the cashier said they had no idea how we placed anorder before their opening time (10:30am), when online it says they open at 10am. We asked if they could apply a coupon fromsomething we got in the mail, and they said they had no idea how to adjust our order, but would figure it out. When we finallygot home with our pizza and wings, we realized the wings were burnt and the pizza was undercooked. They forgot to apply thecoupon. It was such a headache that we didn't even bother to try getting a refund. Read more
I enjoyed this Pizza Hut very much. The dining rooms were empty. The "boss" lady was exceptionally practical, nice, and helpful.... The pizza was great. I hope to be there tomorrow before I leave Baraboo to the locals who are celebrating George Washington'sbirthday. Happy birthday mr. President! Read more
I have a fondness for these old school Pizza Huts and know a lot of you do too. We happened upon this one and were tickled to... see it even had a lunch buffet that somehow worked for our schedule. I haven't had a PH buffet in many, many years, so I wasthrilled to see that they had a good sized salad bar there as well! Everything was fresh and tasted great. They had pasta anddessert pizza as well as regular pizzas of all types. When we asked for stuffed crust pizza, they made one for the buffet...whatgreat customer service! If you are going to the Dells it is worth your while to stop here before or after your trip. Read more
When did their pizza get less salty? Couldn't believe the perceived difference between this and Domino's. Much better flavor... coming from the ingredients rather than from sodium. Read more
