I go to this subway often and have always ordered four pieces of meat on my 6inch sub instead of six pieces. I have avoidant... restrictive food intake disorder and have a hard time eating certain foods especially meat. This causes me to only be able toeat a little bit before getting grossed out and unable to eat the rest. Well today the employee questioned my decision twicewhich is fine but then she proceeded to talk about me to the next customer in line laughing about my decision to not get 6pieces of meat. I have a hard enough time eating in the first place ai shouldn?t have to worry about being laughed at for askingfor less. I really wish I would have informed her about my eating disorder so she can become educated and not make the samemistakes for other customers but at the same time I shouldn?t have to explain that to her. People who provide good customerservice wouldn?t react that way in the first place. I then found hair in my sandwich. Definitely not going back. Read more

Staff were friendly but not very helpful. We couldn't get our order to go through on subway app so I ended up going in the store... asking for help and I got a I don't know anything about the app and then she asked another employee she said the same thing. SoI asked for any contact info on I could contact someone about the app not working again didn't know anything. Was kind offrustrating being that the subs I was ordering would have cost me $6.09 on the app with coupons and stuff that I have butbecause I had to go in the store I spent over $10 each sub. I love subway and come to this location often. However, I order the same thing each time I go and my order is rang up... differently which changes the price of my order anywhere between 2 to 4 dollars difference. This has happened more than once andI have brought this to the managers attention who just told that it was due to the fact I did not get cheese on my sub! Wow! She told me to make sure I remind them to ring it up the right way next time. No offer of any compensation or anything when Iwas charged almost over 4 bucks more than I should've been for my food. I understand there may be new people and everything isshort staffed now days but come on people do better and have some communication when ringing up people ! This just happenedagain today as well and I was charged 2 bucks more than I should've been. Someone should not be charged more because they didn'tget something on their sandwich. Isn't that the point of subway to get it how you want it made fresh in front of you? Read more
