Great burger and we loved the bourbon bar. Maybe too much. Definitely overserved. Totally my fault but we had fun.

Ordered wings through Door Dash. Wings had great flavor and arrived with no issue. We both thought the Honey BBQ was slightly... better than the Buffalo. Note: THESE ARE NOT JUMBO WINGS, but keep in mind that you are only paying $8 for 8 wings. Worth themoney. I would order from this place again. Read more

Pizza could have been hotter. I think they forgot a topping, realized it, went back to the kitchen, put under a 'warmer' while... making sausage. When we got it, the sausage was 'rolling off & the rest of pizza was lukewarm. Good flavors, but disappointed. Read more

Great place to eat and relax. We ate on the patio which was wonderful. The pork nachos = fabulous. Service was great.

The food is, and I can?t emphasize this enough, EXCELLENT. A bit confusing to find the place, gotta go down the stairs into the... lower level. Worth the search! Definitely want to order the bruschetta and nachos. Read more

Used to be our go-to pizza when we visited The Dells. Tonight I called and was told they use door dash or uber eats now for... delivery. So, at 9:20 I ordered a cheese pizza and a couple orders of their homemade fries on uber eats (according to googlemaps our hotel is 10 minutes away). Our order did not arrive UNTIL 11:00 (almost 2 hours later). Uber eats kept mentioning theywere waiting for our order to be made. When the food arrived it was cold and inedible. Fries soggy and pizza completely cold.Threw it away. Super bummed. Will not order again. Read more

Worst service ever! Bartender was dropping f bombs and charged $85 for 4 warm Manhattans. McDonald's has better burgers and... fries. This place sucks. Will NEVER return!!!!! Consider yourself warned. Go to Summer House or BLux or the Dell Bar or evenFields for superior service food and prices! WOW! UPDATE RESPONSE. First of all Graci Jankauskas you are the owner of both GreenOwl and Ravina which are in the same building. We were upstairs. Secondarily I mentioned the above superior establishmentsbecause the price point is the same. Thirdly my bill was not $120 and I tipped over 25% which IS low for my usual tip. Fourththe lovely couple is my daughter and son-in-law. Fifth, you advertise as a craft whiskey bar and can't make a Manhattan, whichshould be chilled and served like a martini or on a large piece of ice not on rocks. Sixth, I am a patron of the previous ownerand did not appreciate all the negative comments made in regards to him by name. Very inappropriate as was your response. Myreview stands. Read more

After reading the reviews and seeing the pictures of the establishment online we thought we would give the Green Owl a try.... First thing that confused me when I walked in was the interior, it didn't look like the photos online. After looking closer Irealized that pictures that come up first on Google were from 2014. This bar has aged and could use a refresher, boxes are piledin the old waitress station, extension cords hang from the ceiling, the mirrors on the walls were filthy and the paint was justdirty. That said, the gentleman who was working the bar and serving tables was excellent. I was impressed he handled multipletables, was very friendly and still had time to manage the bar. This bandana wearing man was the high point of our visit. Asfor the food, it was okay could have been better, the cheese curds were standard fair so when my dining partner said Culver'swere better I couldn't disagree. We also ordered the pulled pork sandwich and a pizza. When our food arrived we could tell whathappen from our experience in the food service industry. Someone made the sandwich before the pizza was done and it sat. The bunwas soaked through making it a mess, the pork and fries were lukewarm at best. If this same sandwich was served fresh and hotit's a 4 out of 5 stars, today it was a 3. Same goes for the fries when served just warm they were still good hot they wouldhave been great. On to the pizza, The good: the sausage was good, the crust was crispy through out and the sauce was excellent. The bad: the cheese was the only miss for me, it just seemed off, kind of tough and chewy but still acceptable for bar food. Ithink the term lukewarm best describes our visit to the Green Owl. Read more
