Wow, fabulous outside seating! Drinks were very well made, Bloody Mary, millionaires coffee and udders up were all tasty!... Starters were lamb lollipops and Hot chicken sandwich. Tumble Rock has an amazing menu. I took my 91 year old mom out for lunch. It has easy access for walking and dining. She loved... her sausage fennel pizza and I enjoyed my smoked salmon Caesar Salad. Service was great and the food was delicious! Read more

The prosciutto, pear, and Gorgonzola pizza with mikes hot honey was fantastic. Also has a flight of beers that was great and the... soft pretzels. The soft pretzels were a little sweeter than expected, but they weren?t great with the Belgian dubbel in theflight of beers. Excellent pairing. Kids also loved tumbled rock. They had breakfast for dinner and the French toast and baconwas great. Weird that the breakfast for dinner came with French fries, but the kids loved that. Read more

This is, without a doubt, the best brewery in the Madison, WI area. The staff is wonderful, the food is excellent and the beer... is out of this world. First, the beer. Everything on the beer is flavorful. The descriptions are accurate, and you will not getany ?off? flavors, or weird after tastes with this beer. All their styles are appropriate ? you won?t get something that isn?ttrue to the style of beer. For example, in my experience, dunkel beers have been almost yellow. Here, it?s a very pleasingcaramel color. The Glacial Drift Oatmeal Maple Stout is wonderful, with big notes of maple, but not overly sweet. These folksknow their beer. The food is also excellent. Some places with extensive menus offer a lot of food to mask the fact that theymake everything ?ok?. Not this place. The wood fired pizza is excellent. The chilaquiles is perfect, and everything on theextensive benedict menu is wonderful. The hollandaise sauce is silky, smooth, the right heat and the right salt, which, aseveryone home chef knows, is incredibly hard to do. Make sure to order a mimosa flight with your brunch. The staff is friendly,welcoming, inviting, and attentive. This is a brewery done upscale, with a comfortable atmosphere. I will happily drive the 90minutes (one way) from my home to visit them again.
