A really great selection of fajitas & always excellent. Margarita was really strong even after they brought the replacement.... Couldn?t finish it or I wouldn?t be able to drive. It was like drinking straight shots with a hint of lime like Tarantula. 3flies visited my table. 1 landed on his wings in my sour cream & the other 2 were taken out on take off. Put some more flavor inthe margaritas & get rid of the flies & I would make it a regular stop. All of the gals working there were professional,accommodating & nice. Read more
I ordered from here using Uber eats. I scheduled to pick up my food instead of having it delivered, as I had errands to run... anyway. It was supposed to be ready by 6:30ish. I knew it wouldn?t be ready on time as I?ve ordered several times from here andit is always a little late. When I got there around 7 they were very very busy. I asked for my order and was told it wasn?tready but it would be in 5 minutes. So I waited 10 more minutes and asked again, then I was told that my order was alreadypicked up. I let them know it was not picked up by me. The staff didn?t seem to care and kept telling me it was already pickedup. They told me I could have my stuff reordered, at which point I was told I didn?t pay for yet, which I had (they probablycouldn?t see because I ordered through an app) They told me it would be 15 minutes. It was longer then that. I?m not upset bythe time it took to get it straightened out or even the fact that they gave my order away to someone else. Mistakes happen, butI am baffled at the disregard for what had happened and the fact that nobody really seemed to care or know what was happening.Hands down the worst experience I?ve had anywhere. Nobody apologized or even remotely acted like they cared about how messy anddisorganized the situation was. A lady came out and brought me my order and said ?here ya go? around 7:45. I know they wereincredibly busy, I know when you?re busy, mistakes happen and they take time to fix, but no ?sorry for the inconvenience/wait/miscommunication? nothing. Just ?here?s your food??? Phenomenal food, service, atmosphere, and experience. What's more to say then that? El Jalapeños is phenomenal. I have been... multiple times and it always blows us away. My first time going here I took my cousin for her birthday ???? it was a luncheon. I had the seafood nachos she had the fajitas... Dr La casa ????. You get enough to feed two people, the food is very good came out very hot... that's the steam from her platein the picture. The atmosphere was great, the service they went beyond service even though they are understaffed. Do I recommendEl Jalapenos?
