Everytime I come here they give us stale cold fries with no salt. Even after I ask for FRESH HOT SALTED FRIES, I get attitude... from them like im spending their money. I still get cold nasty fries. Like come on who runs this place. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience and it's pretty common here. Did mobile order carside and they gave my order to someone else.... Called this number they have there which was nice. Promised me coupons that I never got. It was a 45 minute nightmare. Read more
Not very clean today. Some staff not professional, trained or attentive to waiting customers. Breakfast menu not posted on kiosk... or main board. Had to wait awhile before someone to take my order at register. Read more
Just went here with my two year old daughter and they had us waiting for twenty mins literally just for medium fries. Managers,... employees, it didn?t matter they all were bad. I felt bad for my daughter who couldn?t get the fries she wanted. If I could givea negative star I would Read more
The Barberton McDonald's is a joke. Aren't the order kiosks supposed to speed things up? Way too many people moving way too slow... and socializing for something that is supposed to be "fast food". I wonder if any parts of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit andhash brown were EVER hot because they weren't even warm when I received them. My husband ran inside for a quick black coffee and a iced coffee. He was given mine but was waiting for his black coffee for 12m... and repeatedly saw people in the window line get hot coffees and the staff knew he was waiting because they asked and he endedup just leaving. Poorly ran! So paid for 2 coffees didn't get one because 15min was ridiculous for a black coffee The weekbefore he did a mobile order and sat for 20min after selecting he was there and got Cold food. Just want to shout out to the extremely Pleasant and friendly staff there. The gentleman we dealt with may have been a manager... but he was great . We stopped after the Asbury All-Stars show on Tuscarawas in downtown Barberton for the rock cancer event.October 24 Read more
Last year or so it's become horrible. Order is always wrong and missing something. I know it's fast food but people taking... orders are usually very unprofessional and seem to lack common work decor. Read more
