I would rate a 0 if I could. So I just left rallwys in barberton, Ohio for the 2nd time. When I ordered my food. I was not only... interrupted by Skyler, once, she interrupted me twice asking what size and what to drink. I am allergic to onions and told her Ididn't want onions or pickles on my burgers I ordered. I get home and sure enough there was onions on both burgers. I took themback up there and told Skylar that I told you no onions and I'm allergic to them but instead all you worried about was what sizeI needed and what to drink. The "manager" I say that because if she is the manager, she needs better training, said will notspeak to my employee that way. I wasn't rude just pointed out her mistake. First time I've ever had Rally's and I was not disappointed! The produce on my burger was so fantastically fresh, it was sheer... greatness. Fries were hot and crispy and the mozz sticks were banging. Shake machine was down but the watermelon slushy made upfor it. Read more
Very irritated with the customer service. My girlfriend loves Rally?s and finally convinced me to go. I was highly unimpressed... with the way I was treated. I sat at the speaker for 5-10 mins before I even placed my order. There appeared to be 2 peopleinside but the amount of disrespect I received was highly unwarranted and even unprofessional. I don?t even want to come hereagain. The guy at the window said all of 4 words to me and had no manners or any sort of greetings for that matter. Veryupsetting to see a chain like this go downhill. I usually don't go inside. Prices are pretty good. Food is pretty good. Love the french fries.
