Poor. Long wait in drive thru and food is made very bad. It's pre-made and sits in a warming unit till ordered. Does not taste... good only greesey. Will not return. Read more

I've dropped change and had the young man at the window offer to come out and get it. I've gotten ice when I asked for none... (not that big of a deal) and they insisted on giving me a completely new drink with no ice, while also giving me the drink withice. I've forgotten things in my order and had to add at the window and they were super fast, nice and accommodating aboutit. Needless to say their staff, especially the 2 young guys who usually work the window, are some of the absolute sweetest.And its a constant level of service also..(and i know cause i have a 9yr old addicted to beefy 5 layer ???? ????)Very refreshingto see. The last 3 times I've come here, they've screwed up my order. Currently waiting in drive-through line, to get my last order... fixed.. When inside, it took the guy took the guy 15 minutes to take one order the lines are ridiculous. Had to get back intothe car, to go through the drive-through a second time. Not being from here, we had no idea you have to manually put your order through the kiosk for service and wait for your bag of... right or wrong food. DON'T forget to ask for a cup for your beverage when they toss your bag of grub to you. Makes me wonderwhat they do for a cash sale. The change of menu has us and friends discontinue eating Taco Bell. Reg. tacos are not worth theprice for a tablespoon of onions and tomatoes in a shell. 1st time I had a hot onion burrito.
