Was very disappointed with the food. People had ?highly recommended? them and honestly my husband and I couldn?t find the... appeal. Will not be recommending in the future to anyone. Read more

The food has always been fine at the restaurant. Not great but fine. I?ve never received a bad service inside the restaurant but... the past few takeout orders have been twice as long as quoted to receive and my existence has barely been acknowledged. Thecustomer service for pick up is awful and the prices have increased. I am very disappointed in this restaurant and will not bepatronizing it further Read more

Completely disappointing experience. Ordered take out waited nearly an hour. The quality of the food and the price were not... worth the wait. Our antipasto had huge lettuce leaves in it and the house dressing (sweet and sour) was basically oil. Noflavor at all. The remaining dishes were mediocre at best. I know these are challenging times in the food industry but ifyou?re going to charge outrageous prices at least get the salad right. Read more

Excellent lasagna. Better than anything in the area, including Akron. The place hasn't changed in decades as far as decor.... Service could've been better. I still love and highly recommend this place for good Italian food. Read more

We really, really want to go to Tomaso?s, but every time we consider it we say ?Well, are we okay being there for three hours??... Service is just so, so slow. The last several times we?ve gone it?s taken at least an hour to get entrees. Once it was 45minutes for salads. The food is really great and comes out so fresh and hot and cheesy, but it?s literally a multi-hourexperience every time. We went tonight, sat for 15 minutes or so, and no one came to take a drink order. The server hustled bya few times, and I totally understand she?s the only one there and working with 6 or 7 tables, but at least acknowledge we?resitting there by saying ?I?ll be with you in one minute.? That has been the norm a few times. After 15 minutes, we just quietlyslipped out with another group that did the same. Like I said, we want to go and we enjoy the food when we commit to it and justgo in knowing to be patient. But it?s sad that we talk ourselves out of it all the time because it takes so, so long. (Theyalso seem to have discontinued my favorite entree, eggplant, because they always say they don?t have any. Which is sad.) Read more

We visited this restaurant in 2005, it was Amazing. Fast forward 17 years later, sad to say the place hasn't changed yet.... Everything is exactly what it was in 2005. The service was just poor, dark and dingy. Although the lasagna was excellent, notworth the price. Read more

It's sad to see the demise of Tomaso's. Been going there for 40 years and always considered it the best pizza in town. Now, the... food is bad and the service is terrible. The last five take-out orders were wrong. Unwilling to give up on my favorite pizza,I decided to give it one more chance. Ordered a simple large deluxe pizza. It was burned black! Did they really think that wasacceptable!?!? Oh well. Pizzas come....pizzas go. Thanks for the memories! Read more

First thing you notice is the lack of air conditioning. We decided to overlook that and ordered our meals. Close to an hour... later our meals arrived. Two of us had small pizzas and they brought out two completely burned pizzas and asked if they weretoo burned. We said they were. Everyone ate their meals as we waited for our pizzas and we finally asked for them to go. Theybrought them out in boxes and actually still charged us for them. Luckily I checked the box and the pizza wasn?t done, alldough in the middle. We refused them and told them to take them off of our bill. I can?t blame the server except to say theydidn?t once even apologize for the poor food quality. Read more
