First off, the customer service was excellent. There were two men who, as they were working and our waiter was guiding us to our... table, greeted us. The service was fast and the waiter was funny. Even when a large family came in, our order was given to usquickly. It was so delicious. Even when I could tell that the waiter was having to deal with this large family, he still foundtime to come over frequently and give us refills and ask us how our meal was, and if he could do anything else for us. Idefinitely want to eat here again sometime. Read more

Everything was perfect, the ambience (not crowded), the staff and the food. The shrimp-stuffed ravioli with lobster sauce was... especially good. Save room for tiramisu! Easy parking in comfortable neighborhood. A+ Read more
My 4th time here and it never disappoints. The food is the best I've ever had. The staff Is so friendly and genuinely cares... about the guest experience. Kind and welcoming hosts, accommodating fast servers, management that comes to the table and checkson us every time to make sure we are doing well. Beautiful and clean atmosphere as well. I'm probably your biggest fan I'm ahuge italian food fan and I tell everyone this is the best restaurant I've ever been to in every way shape and form! The restaurant hosted our party of 40 guests. This was our first time to your restaurant. Excellent service and great food... quality!!!. From the moment we walked in to the restaurant, we were greated with a smile from the hostess and all the staff weencountered in the dinning room. All of em our guests were very pleased with the menu entrees they ordered and theprofessionalism the staffs have displayed. I will definitely visit this or sister restaurants in the future. We ordered late to take out. The menu was extensive, and our chicken dishes were delicious, and stayed warm for the trip back... to our room. Very good salad and bread with dipping sauce, too! While we only saw the dining area from the waiting area, thatgave us a good view of an attractive dining section. Despite the late hour the service was friendly and competent, and there waslittle wait time. Delicious food well prepared for takeout. Highly recommended. Read more
Have loved Fratellis but last few visits things seemed to have gone down hill. Just picked up a to go order and it looked like... a kids meal. When I asked if there was a mistake she told me all meals are weighed. In this case I sincerely wish it would havebeen. There were 6 employees standing at the door talking about their tips all giving me a stare down because I questioned theorder. I had mentioned Fratellis to some family from out of town. Was embarrassed to take it back. It didn’t even cover thebottom of the pan. It looked like a Fazolis kids meal. Perhaps had her tone been nicer or the entry into the door lessintimidating the experience would have been better as well. Read more
