Of course the drinks are good, but they have some legitimately delicious food as well! We ate here most recently in April of... 2022 and had a group of 10. They accommodated our large party with ease and great service. We were all pleasantly surprised withthe quality of the food and will definitely be returning. Make sure to get one of the cocktails featuring their own products.They've also got a HUGE selection of other whiskeys available if you've got a favorite you want to enjoy. We tried Bardstown Bourbon Kitchen for the first time while we were visiting the bourbon trail yesterday! Food atmosphere and... service was excellent!!! What a great experience! Great menu, great food, great atmosphere, great service, great bourbon, great staff and a great value.... I will definitively be returning to take the tour and look forward to introducing family and friends to this spot. Our server,Jaylen was the best, she was so passionate about the brand and represented it really well. As always one of my favorites! Although I miss the fish tacos (which they haven now turned into nachos, who does that?) their... food is not quite as good as it used to be but still at a top notch level. Best distillery visit I've had, although did not actually tour. It was a sour of the moment stop as we drove by. We did a... tasting. The person who brought out three samples did an amazing job describing the samples and answering our questions. Insidethe shop, the woman running the register was also very helpful. We'd hoped to have brunch, but didn't have reservations. Sheadvised the bar would be able to serve us if we found a spot...and then she pointed and said "looks like two seats just opened;go have a seat and I'll hold these items for you until you're done." The bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. Theold fashioneds I had were amazing. I was also awed by their massive, historic bourbon tasting library. I asked the bartender toselect something I wouldn't find in my hometown of Nashville, so he did. I had a two ounce pour and it was fabulous. The foodwas yummy, plentiful, and very reasonably priced. We ordered the charcuterie board and a salad to share, but ended up takinghome the entire salad and half the board because it was so much food. Finally, I strongly suggest getting the bourbon/sangriaslushie. I'm not a fruity cocktail kind of person, but it was the best slushie I've ever had. We returned to the shop, and sureenough, the sales person smiled at us, pulled the items we had before going to the bar, and rang us up. I can't wait to returnto this classy, beautiful distillery.
