Picture this: 76 degrees outside on an October evening, when the Kentucky weather will surely change at any given moment. Nice... days like this are soon to come to an end. There’s a whole outdoor seating area to the right of the front door and it’sempty. My husband and I rarely get a dinner out without our children and we wanted to sit outdoors and enjoy the weather. Thehostess went to ask and after several minutes of waiting, we’re informed no one is serving outside. The restaurant was notthat busy and there appeared to be no server shortage. We were seated in a booth near the kitchen, which was rather warm. The food was good, the waitress wasn't the friendliest,... wouldn't substitute an alcoholic beverage for another, so had to pay full price for the drink. It was okay, but just not verywelcoming. Read more
Love the chips and salsa. Had the old timer with cheese and it was very good as always. This location convenient off the main... highway. It was clean and the staff helpful but overwhelmed. I dinged them a star not because the staff was not trying but thecorporation must start trying to staff appropriately. Had one bar tender and two wait staff trying to serve the wholerestaurant. The absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Waited 30min for a drink once it arrived... wasn’t the right drink. Appetizer came out with the rest of the food about an hour after waiting. Manager was very nice butended up discounting the entire table except for our bill. Couldn’t comprehend that it was separate tickets. We arrived at6:05 and it’s now 7:58 and we’re just now leaving. Windows and doors were dirty, hostess was on phone the entire time, andlights kept going on and off. When I say it was a horrible experience. The worst! Read more
Ordered from their Maggianos menu and I ordered the baked penne and all I got was penne and tomatoe sauce when the description... says Italian sausage and cheese and even shows it in the picture. Also the fettucine noodles in our other dish were hard. Thiswas my second and last try with this place as first time was just as bad. I'm sure it's just a staffing shortage. Our waiter forgot several items requested. Corn, steak, refills... My food was fine.... My fellow dinners complained about cold food. Some just had cold sides. A request to leave off some spicy toppings from mymother in-laws steak didn't happen. Service was slow. Staff was friendly though. Read more
I always get the same thing from here. Today it was different. A couple of the honey chipotle chicken tenders I ordered were... normal; the others were a gray, sponge-y, unidentifiable mess. Read more
Not impressed with anything. Did curbside and they took forever, the food was cold, the coke was flat and the take out... containers suck. They're like the maze dog food bowls. Didn't know I needed a workout to eat my food, and the serving was halfof what I would have gotten inside, unless they downsized their meal servings. It used to be a good place to eat, but it's ajoke now. Read more
