Horrible experience. My husband was told several times our food wasn?t ready. When it finally ?was ready?, they handed my... husband our 4 pizza boxes that had been sitting on the rack behind the counter the entire time he?d been in the store. Coldnasty pizza. Rude staff. According to the worker that literally yelled at me, the app and website are incorrect. Even though, the app said pizza was... being prepared at 631, when I arrived at 705, the time the app and website to be there, pizza not ready or even thought of beingprepared yet. The disconnect is unreal and the fact an employee would get loud and louder is unnecessary, unrated, unattractiveand will never be tolerated. Good luck Dominoes! Read more

Visiting bardstown, I haven't ordered a pizza from dominos in 30 yrs! So staying at a hotel two blocks away, I decided it should... be hot and ready! Called and placed an order for two medium two topping, 13$, 6 piece wing. The guy who took the order was fine,but after discovering my cash was not near exact change, I decided to call back and order a second order of wings, bringing thetotal cost so the driver would make a good $10 tip! after the berating and questioning from the same guy, I asked to speak withthe manager who he said was there but couldn't get to the phone.so after I got berated for being in a motel, I said forget it!Called back couple of times to get to speak with the manager and the same guy answers. Well I decided to call pizza hut and wasidentical in cost. Order took approximately 30 minutes, and went great! What would be the odds as we're sitting eating pizza hut,we get a knock on the door from a dominos driver!!! Really!! After my experience on the phone,I will never entertain thethought of ordering from DOMINO'S! A shame for the tourists to Bardstown! What makes it worse, the dominos is three blocks away! Read more
My husband placed a delivery order on 7-3-22, and the guy was extremely Rude. My husband more than once said thin crust, and the... guy on the other end said, so I will make sure you get pan crust. After him saying that, my husband said you know what, justcancel my order. I used to like Dominos, but not after that. Read more
Every time we order pizza from this location, we can NEVER get an accurate time of when our pizza will be done. All I?m going to... say is if you?re wanting domino?s, please give yourself an extra hour for getting your pizza. Our pizza was suppose to ready,at most, in 40 minutes. We have now been at domino?s waiting for our pizza for an additional 45 minutes. Absolutelyridiculous!!! Read more
