WOW! What a wonderful experience after such a harsh day. After attending the funeral of my two children and husband, I stopped... by not knowing that your employee DALLAS would change my life ! He gave excellent customer service and went as far as offeringto take the place of the children I have just lost. We love our Bardstown Fazolis! They?re always fully staffed when we go, and the food is hot and fresh. There are very nice... people who work there. Our Fazoli?s is a great, quick sit down restaurant or drive thru option. Read more
Terrible! Worst Fazolis I?ve ever been to. Waited for more than 40 minutes for our food. (Food arrived correctly and tasted... good) Beverages were all out, no carbonation, spoke to a few employees and they were no help. Tea was awful! No clean forks.Employees wearing ear pods, coming in off shift with friends, going behind the counter and feeling up some drinks beforeleaving. Used the restroom, bad idea it was filthy! Urine everywhere on the floor, dead cockroaches, and no paper towels toproperly dry my hands. I wasn?t the only one with issues. One guy got cold food he had to return. A lady had her meal messed uptwice! The one star would be for the taste of the food and random Halloween candy in buckets around the restaurant. Maybe it wasmanagement for the day or the full moon coming up, but I?ll never be back and would highly suggest you do the same! Read more
