My visit to this location was early in the morning, I would say 730ish, the line was Not double wrapped around as usual, but the... line was long so my family and I decided to go inside. You would have thought we stole something and had the Rona, because theAM manager(female) was told by male.amnager also present to lock the doors because he ain't enough employees. The female was soaggressive ND yelling at the other employee FOH cashier, for "letting us in. " which she didn't let us in. The person behind the counter had no idea what they were doing and constantly needed to go to the back to ask people questions... while every person ordered. The drink machine was broken, so I couldn't get the smoothie I ordered, and I wasn't offered arefund for not being able to get the drink I ordered. The staff in the back were very slow, very inefficient and could be seenmessing around instead of working. I waited almost 20 minutes in total for a very simple, standard order. Ordered food about a quarter to 5, paid, and then told to go park in spot 5. We waited about half an hour before going in to... check what was going on. We explained the situation and were called liars that just wanted free food. The manager too kour datedreceipt and walked away, returning in about 30 seconds, magically our order in hand, with the order number on the box. Nice location. I have downloaded their mobile app, it's definitely worth the space on the phone! Everyday they have new coupons.... I used the buy one sandwich get one for 1$ yesterday in the drive thru and it went straight through no problems. Food was hotand fresh only had to wait a couple minutes in line. I had a interview and he did not even ask for any type of ID to show who I was. I also ordered food from here and they can't... get food done right, also have to constantly repeat yourself for them to understand. Staff members were rude at the window. Read more
