Almost always has a line so you have to be very patient, there was only ONE person working when I went last (yesterday) but... that's probably the only one that would come to work so... be kind ???? Good drinks ???? Read more
Constantly out of everything, staff is so so so slow. The coffee always taste burnt .
The person taking orders was really nice but that was the only good experience here. Ordered a venti iced white chocolate, extra... shot, with whip. They took 25 minutes to make my drink. It didn't have whip on it so I asked for them to put it on there. Theperson did a little squiggly line and put the flat lid back on, not a dome lid or really any whip. Tastes watery and not at alllike coffee. Won't be coming back here. Highly disappointed considering this is the only Starbucks in town. Read more
I ordered a decaf mocha Frappuccino....I have no idea what I got but it was wrong.....so went back in for a decaf mocha... Frappuccino and still didn't get what I ordered! It taste like water....horrible! This is the second time this happened....Ihave a gift card that I can't use because it's nasty.....to expensive for this to keep happening! Never again for Starbucks!!!!!I threw both of them in garbage.....nothing but water....gross! If I wanted water I would have stayed home! The person in frontof me had a problem, the person behind me order was messed up people coming back in with problems and read some reviews andperson had same complaint water tasting....you aren't going to make it very long! Employees very nice....but that doesn't excusethe water mess I got and I gave them 2 chances! Teach them how to make drinks! Probably had no training! DONE.....NEVER AGAIN!McDonald's have a Mocha Frappe that is way better and half the price.....but don't try to get it in Bardstown....I was told theywere too busy to make one.....WTH? Every time I decide to give this starbucks location another try, it always disappoints. Long wait, drink tasted bad (expresso... got bitter after taking to long to mix with the rest of the drink). Not sure why they can't serve like other starbuckslocations. Read more
