Was understaffed, which caused a delay , staff wad apologetic for the delay , food was still great !!
Ordered 2 cinnamon twists and had to wait 20 minutesfor it. Other customers that were there he gave them coupons but not us.
Taco Bell is lacking a bit in service. The food is not the same as it was in the past. You know the craving you would get for... the amazing taste of Taco Bell late at night? Well folks... I think it is time for the Bardstown, Kentucky Taco Bell ???? tostep up their game! Service is just not superior. The food ???? is not mouth watering. And might I mention the atmosphere islacking that friendly and clean environment. Check back with me, perhaps I will have better news next time ????. Read more
9/10 times I try and enter this building, they?re closed on the inside. 6:30pm on a Friday night and they?re closed with a line... wrapped around the building and road with a wait time of easily 40 minutes. ?Fast food? isn?t a term that should be used here. Read more

Food ans service were good but Taco Bells prices are out if control!
Mice running through the drive-thru... We were handed a bag of food that we realized going through it, wasn't ours... No big... deal, it happens, right? ... Except they took the bag back from us, passed it around to a couple employees and then HANDED IT TOA DINE IN CUSTOMER... After we'd been pawing through it in the car... ????????. NEVER seen that at any fast food joint before.First time for everything. Yikes. Read more
Lobby closed due to being short staffed. Drive-thru service only. The staff that is working goes above and beyond to provide... fresh, hot, good food with a smile. With excellent service, you don't mind the extended wait. Read more
